I love a hosting good dinner party! My friends also love them. Some say hosting dedicated to providing the best service!

I had one at the weekend and I did a four-course meal, loads of wine and some party games too! It was brilliant.

I decided to have calamari from starters, a champagne sorbet course, steak for mains and chocolate mud pie for dessert!

I got so many compliments. I cook all the food from scratch, which I thoroughly enjoy. The best part as well is the red wine! Yummy!
